ICI MYNDOS PATCHWORK COLLECTION

ICI Myndos Patchwork Collection brings you a story about stone.

Stone is a hard and tough but marvellous material nature generously presents. Through milleniums most impressive structures of the world built on stone.

Anatolia (mainland, Asian part of Turkey, also named as Asia Minor historically) inherited plenty of spectacular stone structures from very varied civilizations: giant sculptures of Hittites, marble temples of Romans, granite amphitheatres of Greeks, majestic churches of Byzantines, caravanserails of Seljuks, mosques of Ottomans just a few to illustrate.

Myndos was an ancient Dorian colony on the Aegean coast, sited on Bodrum Peninsula, worldwide renowned port town of Turkey today, formerly Halicarnassus the capital of Carian Kingdom.

Inspired by city walls and monumental castle of Bodrum, named as Myndos, ICI Myndos Patchwork Collection reflects geometric horizontal pattern of centuries old stone facades.

With monochrome and polychrome options collection available in 13 colors all inspired by natural and historical features of the region: From vivid magenta of bougainvilleas to pastel, pale pink of oleanders, from earth shades of amphoras to grey tones of Bodrum castle.
